My experience on first month was alright on March 2016. On June 2016, I had reported about the issue of the propane tank that's empty, I was told that they will replace the next day, but it was not replace till a week after. The worst part that I encountered on the phone call I made to report the issue was " I was threatened just to move out if not happy" in fact I had paid my rent regularly. Tenants has also rights for housing like lanlords.
