Yes these people are hacks. I rented a storage unit, on or about 8-27-2014 paid for 1 month plus the security deposit. Because of issues beyond my control I had to leave town the following day so I asked for my refund. They told me they would send it out on Saturday the 29th. I waited patiently, on 29th of September I called and asked where my refund was, the owner told me it had been mailed out yesterday. The following day a lady named Sharon called to see what my address was, yes it was still the same one I gave the on the 26 of August. Well today I received a $25 security deposit check. I called to see where the remainder of my money was. Contract says you must give 1 week notice. She said since they have been unable to rent it, I don't get any refund. And we wonder why we don't do business with small town? So sad. Don't do business with these people.
