I was at first so excited to drive over 30 minutes to check out this store that I was told by the owner had tons to offer for what I was looking for. I was certain I would not come home empty handed. When I got there it was unfortunately about 20 minutes until closing. They were already packing things up. They were so busy getting ready to close, not one person acknowledged us or asked if they could help us. They made it seem like we were in their way. I was standing looking at the item I originally came to look at for several minutes before I decided no one was going to help and that I would need to ask for help. The owner told me the item was $20 more than what she originally told me, it wasn't worth the lower price either. They also had originally told me that there was a lot more like that item in their barn which there wasn't any at all. Next time I will not travel so far out of my way for service like this. If this is read by the owner, please be more customer service friendly, no matter if you are closing in 5 minutes or not, it can go along way to be friendly. There is nothing worse than bad customer service!
