Alondra School serves more than 850 students in kindergarten through grade eight. Its academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as math, science, social studies and language arts. The school s staff includes classroom and resource teachers, specialists, paraprofessionals, nurses, social workers and administrative employees. Alondra School offers the English as a Second Language program. It also offers medical care, speech pathology and guidance counseling services to students. Located in Paramount, Calif., Alondra School is a part of the Paramount Unified School District, which operates several elementary, middle and high schools.
