The owner, Joe, worked on my car. He was amazng! I am an info geek, so I appreciated him explaining everything to me. He told me the problem and gave multiple solutions on how to solve the issue. Oh, and all the parts he put in my car are straight from the manufacture.

Went to Herald's Garage after having several bad Services with other Shops. From day Number1 our exoerience with this shop has been the Best. Would recommend this shop to Everyone.



Visit on May 17th 2011

Once again another Outstanding Visit to this Shop. Took Vehicle there for what we thought was going to be a Major Repair. Found out it was a Minor Trouble Code and was given Recommendations on what to do if the Problem pops up in the future to get the Vehicle to start. The Attitude and Customer service here is a Welcome Change to the other Bad Experiences we have had with other Shops in the past. I would Highly Rocommend this Facility to anyone and Everyone. Another 5 Star Visit.

Prior to my encounter with Heralds Garage I had been told that I needed a new radiator, and alternator. I was looking for a second opinion and was fortunate enough to run across Heralds Garage on my way to work. I stopped in and was told that all I needed was a radiator cap, and new battery. I had the work done, and not only was I happy that the cost of the repairs were affordable but that I also found an honest place. I continue to get my maintenance done there and my car is running just fine. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I WENT TO HERALD'S GARAGE, AFTER CHECKING IT OUT ON THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WEBSITE. THEY HAVE WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WORKED WITH ME TO FIX MY CAR, WORKING WITH MY SCHEDULE. MY CAR RUNS BETTER THAN EVER BEFORE. I COULD REALLY FEEL THE DIFFERENCE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGABLE. GREAT JOB!
