This is one of the most frustrating companies to deal with. They never do what they say they will or call you back as promised. You have to call everyday and catch the boss by accident. It gets even worse when they already have your money.
They were supposed to process a simple refund after I was medically excused and unfit to fly with all supporting documents. They never notified the airline despite my advance notice. They told me for months my refund was being processed. Nine months later, no refund, no return calls, no return e-mails, nothing. They made a $125 commission and I'm out $6K on an international business class ticket I couldn't use.
I told them that I would post my experience if they continued to just ignore me. Apparently they don't care. Buyers and flyers beware. Avoid All-Ways travel at all costs.
Acusation is untrue. Passenger was a no-show and then tried to use a medical excuse to get a refund. Aeroflot's policy was no refund for any reason. Passenger traved to Hong Kong and his plans changed and he was not going to use his return. His medical excuse was to obtain a refund was refused by Aeroflot. Passenger was aware of this policy. Passenger was advised to contact airline directly.
