I was amazed once again by DJ ...

I was amazed once again by DJ from Alternative Heat. About 2 years ago while searching for a Pellet Stove we were told to check out Alternative Heat. We are so glad we did. We had a pellet stove installed in our living room by DJ. You would have never known that there was work done in my house, even the town inspectors were amazed at the quality of work that he had done.

Recently I needed some work done on the stove and the quality and professionalism provided by DJ has not changed. He provided me with a time slot of 1/2 hour and arrived within that time frame. The area was protected and tarped to prevent soot from staining the rug. He was friendly and explained what he was doing. Upon completion of the job he explained what he had found, what he did to fix the issue and suggestions on how to keep my stove running at is maximum capacity. Once again you would not have know that there was work done in my house. He treated my home as if it was his. I would recommend his company and service to everyone.
