Just want everyone to know that we purchased a door from Heritage and explained that we needed it for a specific date (2 weeks out) as we were having people leave from our house for a wedding.

We called periodically to make sure we were still going to get the door and the response was 'Yes' it should be delivered and installed by Thursday. Wednesday night I called to confirm delivery and installation and was asked 'Why I wanted the specific door'. He said it would take a miracle to get it delivered but that was his problem. Needless to say he did not come through. He bragged about his service compared to all of the other companies etc.

We would never recommend them or use them again.
