I have been with Jim Bush and State Farm since 1996. Obviously I'm extremely happy with my experience. What I say is this. You may or may not be able to save a few dollars with other insurance companies. But in the end you get what you pay for. State Farm by far has the best coverage and the best customer service if you have to put a claim in. I have had several claims in my many years with State Farm and State Farm truly was there for me. Those of you who look for the cheapest insurance get just that, cheap insurance. All is great until you have to put in a claim. Then you will get what you paid for. Very little and a lot of aggravation. If you want peace of mind then you may have to pay a little extra. I choose to have peace of mind.

I was with Jim Bush for many years. Had my 2 cars and my house with him. When my teenage son started driving, and had some tickets and accidents State Farm dropped me. When I tried to contact Jim to see if could help, provide any guidance, anything, he never returned my calls despite multiple, multiple attempts. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. He's happy to take your money, but that's it. Beware!!
