We paid a significant amount of money to have firewood delivered to our home for summer campfires. We ended up with a big pile of rotten, insect infested wood. When we called the owner about it, he claimed that's what he thought we wanted and said there's no return policy for firewood. Why would we want rotten infested wood piled up in our backyard?? Ridiculous! Feeling completely ripped off. We will not be doing business anymore with Hayes nor would I recommend to anyone.
