It has been three weeks that I have went without air at my apartment and three weeks since they’re initial visit. I was told that I am waiting on a part to come in the mail which they ordered two days after the visit…nothing takes three weeks to ship, I know because I work at ups. This company has giving me the run around. They don’t not seem to care about me or think I’m a priority…at the end of the day this is no way to treat people.

Very professional! They were quick to respond. Honest! They keep record of all work done on unit, which I like. They know what unit has done and when it done it, so that they can better service it. Always there when you need them. Highly recommend!!! Make First Call your first call!!! You won't be disappointed.
