We have this store print out all of our newsletters at work. They get it done right and very fast! Very nice employees! I recommend them to anyone!

Do not shop at this store.



I ordered print outs of 8 sheets and paid a whopping 78 cents for it. When I picked it up, the owner got my order wrong. When I asked her about it, rather than try to correct the problem, she copped an attitude with me immediately. She made NO ATTEMPT to correct the order at all.



I asked for my money back and dropped the papers on her desk. Since it was two sheets of paper, it floated down and landed against her computer monitor and she accused me of throwing the papers at her. It was completely ridiculous.... this woman was obviously looking for a fight.



I asked her for the phone number to contact corporate, and she refused to give it to me. She made no attempt to right their mistake and refused to find any way to help me for 78 cents. She was willing to lose a regular customer and create a problem for 78 cents.



A person who acts like this should not be in a customer service business. Avoid the UPS Store.
