I love the livers and so does my family, especially my mother who at this older age doesn,t have any teeth left and her dentures doesn,t fit right so ,,anyway I get the livers cooked fresh and only dipped once because they get to hard for mom. plus I tie them up in the plastic and the steam inside softens them even more..I live over 30 miles away. several times they have been to hard, but last time I got the orders and left.,, got home and NOTHING TO EAT they were so fried there wasn,t any liver meat left inside. I go once a month on dissability and was not driving another 60 miles to return them... I spoke to a girl and she said to just come up there and tell them when i,m in town.. well I did and they would not gove them to me because i had not kept the reciep for a month,, and that was with Dree Cox ,, thats what she said her name was ,,hello the customer is always right ..

The food was really good! But the service was somewhat ok, the young girl at the register needs some customer service training she needs to smile just a little any way! They hire such young kids.
