Provided by YP.comA Jordan Hunt. My experience with Dr Ganguly is in relations to my husband L.Hunt. My husband has been a patient of Dr Ganguly for a few years now. We do NOT have any complaints. My husband suffers with Pancreatitis and almost Year ago Dr. Gainfully found a mass on his liver which was cancer. This news was of course very upsetting. Dr Ganguly allowed me to cry on his shoulder. In a emergency situation, Dr Ganguly saw my husband. This Dr has been a GOD Send. He's direct with you. Answer all questions in a manner you understand. Other than he's good to my husband, he's very self sacrificing to many people in the community. Other than seeing patient's in his two clinics, he sees patients in the nursing homes and other facilities. He truly cares. Thank You SO much Dr. Ganguly for caring and saving my husband life.

Provided by YP.comI had my husband go see Dr Ganguly this week and wow were we both impressed! He has always found it hard to find a primary doctor to meet his needs due to his work schedule and being unable to book a week in advance. Dr Ganguly was open to scheduling him at his convenience without a large lead time. We only waited a max of 15-30 minutes to see him. He was very thorough with his assessment which made us both at ease since his family has a significant history of cancer and heart disease. The best thing about it all is he made enough of an impact on my husband that he now has a different outlook on his health and is now wanting to be more proactive in being healthy. Dr Ganguly exceeded our expectations and I can now say that my family will be seeing him from now on!

Provided by YP.comTook my Father to see Dr Ganguly today for the first time. The whole reason for the appointment was to get a referral for a MRI and to see a Neurological Surgeon for his back issues. After waiting 1.5 hours, Dr Ganguly finally came in the room and immediately started lecturing us on prescription drug abuse and that my father is ruining his life. The strange part of that is that he was not there to get prescription drugs, and doesn't even take anything for his pain! He takes one Xanax a day for anxiety, but Dr Ganguly told him that he could not be his patient if he was not willing to stop. What in the world does that have to do with his debilitating back issues? The situation went from bad to worse and we decided it was time to go. Ganguly was arrogant, and never took the time to listen to my father's concerns. He was literally fixated on preaching about prescription drug abuse, which did not apply to either of us. Very strange and a complete waste of time!

Provided by YP.comWas pleased with our first visit after taking my mother, who has multiple complications. The doctor seemed knowledgable and friendly enough. However, after her second visit, we have waited two weeks for lab results. Have left several messages that have not been returned. Today the line has been constantly busy. He may not be the doctor for us after all.

Provided by YP.comI have seen Dr. Ganguly for several years and have never had a problem with him or his staff. If I didn't have him as my doctor I would not be alive today!! The pervious doctor I saw for years left the area and referred me to Dr. Ganguly. He got me off all unneeded medications and now I am just on 2 medications down from 12!! He does do a lot of medication and I have come around to his way of thinking. He is a real doctor and doesn't just throw some medications at you and tell you bye!

Provided by YPmobileThe first time I met mr. Ganguly I had some questions wrote down on a piece of paper because I have a really bad memory. He snatched it from my hands looked at it for two seconds stating if anything on it was worh discussing he would of brought it up. I went to him because I am having eye pain and needed a referral. It took two months and I'm just getting to see the eye dr.
he didn't go over my medications my first appointment so I had to call back and discuss that with somebody because I didn't have any of my medications.then after I got them to say they ordered my prescriptions they never send him to the pharmacy it took me over a week of calling and calling and calling for them to finally get my prescription in the pharmacy had the call and request then because they never got sent. Then they still didn't order my monitor or supplies to check my sugar. when I tried to discuss it with mr. Ganguly he tried telling me it was my fault. Two months is nothing be glad I'm not from Pakistan or whatever country he's from. When I told him somebody in the office wasn't doing their job he called the lady in the office into the room and made me tell her what I said. How professional is that? Not only did he call her in the room... he called two other women from the office in the room and proceeded to rant at all of us.. yes even me. If you're a woman looking for a doctor I would not see him because he does not see us as equal to men. I hope if other people are having problems that they do something about it because he is a real jerk!!!!

Provided by YP.comWe recently moved to Paris, and Dr. Ganguly was recommended to me. I became very sick with a cough, throwing up, fever, etc. and went to him. He spent a lot of time with me, but never tested for my symptoms, as during the 1st visit he thought he detected an enlarged heart. He had no advice as to what to do about my heart, but he wanted me to make more appointments. I asked if I could get something for my symptoms, and he said, and I quote, "I'm not worried about your cough. It's not life threatening." He then told me to try some over-the-counter meds. When I responded that I had already tried several, he walked away with no answer. A couple of weeks later, my temperature went up to 105 and I went to the emergency room, where they ran several tests and discovered I had a raging sinus infection. They gave me a couple of shots and some meds, and I finally got better. Dr Ganguly, in my experience, appears to be above listening to the patient.

Provided by YP.comFor the love of God, go to another Doctor! I truely don't know what the actual Doctor is like because the staff that you deal with before getting in is truely abominable. My family member, that has had diabetese for 6 years, they don't even show on his chart that he has diabetes. What??? Be willing to sit in his office for hours, and I mean hours. My suggestion would be, go to the office, sign in, get your nails done and lunch then go back. You may be getting close, it's up to you at that piont. Dr. Ganguly, You will be much more sucsessful if you get rid of all of your employees and quit over booking! There are choices in this town, I have change my previous Doctors suggestion , and am going to someone who doesn't have rubbish working for them.
