Bought their PS4 bundle which was advertised to include a $25 gift card. They then claimed you only received the advertised gift card if you purchase the bundle with a gift card, which makes zero sense and is nowhere written in the advertisement. Seems very shady or in the alternative incompetent. I'll shop elsewhere or online from now on.

people call up there all time with stuff they can google. Even the gamestop website has a part you can check the prices on whatever you want to trade. It even has the prices on stuff you can buy, thats crazy right? They dont want to spend 20 minutes on the phone when there are people in the store waiting for them to get off the phone. Use google people.

Will not be going back to this game stop from now own I will use another one curent manager is rude I called to ask a question the first guy started out pretty nice and then just kind of left me in mid conversation then handed me over to a manger who was rude not even sure why I called another game stop got all my questions answered and was even gave several other options for the issue
