I retained the services of Jeff Starnes for a simple divorce. He was somewhat helpful up until the final hearing in April. Since then he does not return my calls or emails, and I have never received final paperwork on the divorce. I have also never received any type of accounting for the money I paid to him in advance. Another attorney has advised me to report him to the state bar. Jeff Starnes has been a disaster for me in the simplest of legal requests. I would NEVER use him again. BEWARE!
