Provided by YPmobileI don't usually write reviews but i am beyond frustrated with this place. There have been numerous times i have drove all the way up there and been told that it was a sedation day and i would need to reschedule, i never received a voice mail or missed call any of these times. Even worse when my son was scheduled for sedation day for a procedure that needed to be done immediately we got up early, got ready and drove up there as soon as i pulled in they called to say that the doctor didn't show up. They just aren't very professional with their appointments. I honestly wouldn't even give this place a one star.

Provided by YP.comI was very pleased with the not only the dentist but the staff. Great bedside (well chair in this case), manners and comfortable environment for our kids. Plan ahead as they book far out--always a great sign for the quality of care.

Provided by YP.comI am very dissatisfied with this practice!! Medicaid patients beware!!! Make sure you read what you are signing. This office thrives on people who don't question them and take for grant that they have your childrens best interest in mind... My daughter's tooth was extracted today after we discussed (prior to this visit) waiting on the extraction for now and only having a cavity filled. No one in the practice could remember our prior discussion and obviously it was not documented. The staff apologized but then said it was half their fault and half my fault because I signed the release. And you know what? It was my fault for taking this practice at its word instead of proof reading what I blindly signed after it was printed. ( you are asked to sign releases on a electronic box before seeing what you are signing, except them saying your signing this to consent for sedation, etc...)
I was already skeptical about this practice wanting to remove teeth because they wanted to remove six of my son's teeth at once. I questioned it and had a consult with Dr. Pearson himself, and he agreed that removing these teeth weren't really necessary . My children have been patients of this practice for three and a half years and I now question what of all the dental work they've had done was actually necessary.

Provided by YPmobileThey change your appointment times wich is inconvenient the staff is really not that friendly and I feel like they do a lot of work that's just not necessary so they can get paid the wait is ridiculously long even if you have an appointment I used them for about two years but that's it enough is enough we won't be going back anymore I suggest you look around Paris for a better dentist for your kids
