Was a long term tenant always payed on time kept the apartment nice and clean. It was spotless when we left. Thought it was a good place until we decided to move after our lease was up and the landlord decided she wasn't going contact the owners to get our deposit back because she doesn't think they'll give it back. Kinda a shocker they're also raising the rent from 555 to 720 n trust me that place isnt worth it. The apartment i stayed in needed insulation but nevertheless nothing was done about that the wall in to the kitchen shifted and we couldn't get our appliances to fit in the narrow space. For month's we dealt with this they never fixed it after they promised to do so. Still no deposit back and we've been out now for a couple of month's. I would say the new owners are garbage and the landlord doesn't care about the tenants enough to uphold they're end of the lease.
