I was not a happy customers.. My family had traveled an hour to get there. I was told at the front door by the attended that I couldn't bring in my diaper bag because they have had people that had stolen skate by putting them in their bags.
I told the attended I just need to change some diapers.. two babies.. you can check my bag now and when I leave.to make sure I'm not stealing your skates. The attended would not make any exceptions. So I ended up taking my children out to my car to change their diapers..
This place was nice and very clean and I will give the owners that and the older children had a awesome time.. will we come back? No way.. I have never been so unacomadated in a public facility..
Being a business owner myself I totally understand wanting to have your property taken care of and secured.. but Please..

I've been here 3 times since the new owners have re modeled everything! I can't explain how awesome this place is! The owners & ALL of the staff are AMAZING! They help the little kids when they fall & laugh & dance with you! It's truly amazing. The owners don't necessarily put up with bad attitudes, ugly language, yelling, etc so it makes it an exceptional place to bring the kids & have a great family night! I personally came on a date tonight & I am 19 yrs old & we had a BLAST! The owners make this place so much & I am so glad they have re done this place & made it enjoyable for everyone! I would recommend this place for any occasion! So much fun!
