Extremely dissatisfied with the schlocky job done on my new railing and support posts. The job was originally quoted at about 18k, but went way up to 25k up after the work had already started, (of course) because of an issue that should have been spotted in advance when Jensen did the estimate. Things continued to go down hill from there, poor work, unfinished work, a big fat lie about one of the many issues i called them out on, etc. etc. I don't have the space here to go into all of it, but I can document all the problems with photos. I will NEVER give Custom Rustic another penny of my money.
