This was the only company available at 3am.

I would NEVER NEVER recommend their services!! He was horribly rude! I was yelled at twice by him and he was very short with his rude answers. I then told him his services were no longer needed because of his attitude. We called back to file a complaint with his manager and he hung up on us. My mom then called to speak to someone in charge and she too was hung up on. I have NEVER had such horrible service. He's only hurting his business by being such a rude a**. Only use this taxi service if you prefer to have a horrible taxi ride. I was outraged!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER! I would suggest taking your business from snow riders taxi to 649-taxi services. Wow what a nice, pleasant, respectful and fun experience that was!

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! You can spend 20 minutes on the phone with them to book just to get a no show. When you finally reach them they blame you and make up lies about the booking. If you want an unaccountable and unreliable ride to SLC or any where else in Utah please use them. THEY ARE TERRIBLE! Mark, whom which I booked the reservation was rude and unaccountable when he was called about the no show - no customer service at all. It was $100 and he charged an extra $10 for "before 7 a.m. pick up"... I would gladly pay more next time for a legit service and accountable in their actions. They are so bad that I'll take the time to find any site they are listed on to send this message so no one else has to deal with them.
