Stay as far away as you can!!! Pulled in first thing in the morning, told me 2 people in front of me and would be 45 mins. I left my car and came back 4 hours later. Car hadn't moved, they had obviously taken every person that came in after me, and pushed me back just to stockpile the business. It's one thing if they ask if you can leave your call all day, and quite the other when they tell you 45 mins just to hold your car. It's not like I had anything important to do, except maybe make funeral arrangements! Unreal, unprofessional, and definitely unworthy of my business and your business.

This life time automotive repair is a rip off ..... I went there to replace my radiator they said it costs 600$ to repair it . So i got it a OEM radiator from autozone just 141$ and give him to repair.. They charged 435 $ labor charge to fix it

I took my car for replacement hubs (their suggestion) and rotors. Paid over $800 for the repair. Also told them that my gear was hard to move and asked if it was a trans problem... they assured me that, no, it wasn't.Picked up car next day noticed that left front was low. when I looked underneath it had never been re-attached because of the accumulation rust on the radiator support (which no one said a word to me about - just let me leave. I return the next day and the gentleman at front desk says they never said anything to him so he could not tell me! So I suppose it was my fault.In short, the car ends up needing trans work (after the radiator support). My complaint is I should have been given ALL options after they looked at the car. I feel like they took my money and gave less than a hoot about my safety or anyone else who would ride in my car. they are also not accredited by the BBB! They did not offer me any relief in their overlooking what needed to be done right away so I will not give a recommendation to any of my neighbors and will alert family and friends that I rescind my recommendation about Lifetime Automotive and I will be contacting BBB!They advertise "free" undercarriage estimates - where was mine?

They were very helpful and explained what was wrong with my car. Fixed the car in a short time and were very pleasent and easy to work with
