Provided by YP.comI have taken both my dog and my cat here. And have had great experiences with both.
1. My dog was overweight and needed to be spayed. I was concerned about her going into surgery. I called to the office probably 5 times in the 4 hours she was there after surgery. Each time the staff was more than helpful to answer my questions and keep me updated on her condition.
When I got her home and was concerned about her, I called some more. Every time with the same reassurance and friendly demeanor. They understood the love for my animal and were happy to accommodate.
2. My cat had never been to the vet before and I took him in for shots and neuter. I had no idea on his age or really that much about cats in general. The staff were equally as helpful and reassuring with him as they were for my dog. They answered all of my questions and gave me their full attention.
I am very pleased with the care and service received here. Dr. Horn and her staff truly care about what they do.

Provided by YPmobileAfter questionable billing practices previously, I decided to give them another chance, because I had no other problems. Not so any more.
After my Harrier had been out of heat for going on three weeks, she was still passing blood. I KNEW it was time to have her fixed - now!
She also had a fatty tumor in her arm pit I wanted removed. I made an appointment, & had her there at 9:00 am, when they opened, & was the first person. I was told I could most likely pick her up @ 2:00, & call to confirm.
When I called at two, Dr. Horn came on the phone, & proceeded to tell me all the reasons she had not gotten to her yet. "I knew it was going to take a long time, so I put it off, & I've been trying to get back there, & get to her."
Right then I should have went with my first instinct, & told her I would be right there to get her, & don't touch her.
But instead I told her I would be there @ 4:00.
After 4:00 she comes out of the back, & proceeds to tell me she did not remove the fatty tumor, & all the reasons why. Among those reasons is "she is twice the weight she should be, & needs to loose weight first."
I had never looked up what a Harrier weight should be, so I just did. Minum weight 45 pounds, maximum weight 60 pounds. When she was weighed this morning, she was 60 pounds.
So after a litany of excuses for why my baby sat in a cage all day, with no food or water, & then did not get the fatty tumor removed, I was charged $150.00.
$30.00 of that being for an obese charge, & being in estrus charge.
She was out of heat for almost three weeks, & was @ weight for her breed.
Now my previous questions of this establishment being money hungry have been answered, & added on to it is neglect, & bad care.
