Nasty, filthy unkempt, no money in the changers, standing water coverig an 8X10 area in front of 3 large washers and out the door. The floors are always dirty. There was no money in their machine. No AC and to top it off, the most expensive laundry in the area. I drive to another small town about 15 miles away to an extroidinary place where the man, his wife or a young man are always on duty. It is spotless and cheaper by HALF. It is worth the drive, next to Sonic or soda and snack machines on site and maintained. I just left there today.
