Provided by SuperpagesPaul Rowe from Rowe Appraisal Group appraised my condo before I purchased it in Des Plaines. He was on time and dressed professionally. He took the time to explain the appraisal process and really knew the market well. After delivering the report he answered all of my questions and explained why he used certain sales for com parables in a way that made sense.
