To the gentleman who told the employees to become Camp hosts..I've been one for 15 years & gotta say you should pick on a different occupation..
Maybe you aren't the VIP you pretend to be..
Spankys has always done their best to assist me...
They aren't rv mechanics..but they have tried to help me when I've needed help..including sending me to local vendors if necessary...and I've been shopping there since the initial store opened.
You just can't please some people

I needed a new furnace. Spanky's cost was $1100 and I found one on line delivered to my house for $496. Don't ever ask any type of technical question at this place. They also only sell replacement parts for products you purchased at their store. Move along and find a legitimate business.

DO NOT DARKEN THE DOOR OF THIS BUSINESS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!



Last winter while staying in Parker we came to Spanky's RV for some parts. They don't even aknowledge your presence. You can be standing five feet away while every employee, not with any customers by the way, ignored us as if we weren't there. We finally got so frustrated we left with out spending a penny.



Now, a year later we're back in Parker AZ and we went into Spanky's again to spend money for our RV. The man behind the counter was so busy taking care of what was obviously a regular customer he ignored us. What was worse is there was a woman also behind the counter who completely ignored me. These people don't even GREET you when you come in the door. It's called BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE!



So after standing there...IGNORED...for five minutes I finally get a response from the man. I tell him what I'm looking for and he begins walking me towards the back of the store. However, the store phone rang and he answered it. Turns out the call is from another regular customer so he STOPS and turns all of his attention to his phone call like I'm not even there. We left and went to COWBOY'S RV in Lake Havasu where they appreciate their customers.



Your screwed in Parker because Spanky's RV is the only game in town. If you can make the 25 mile drive to Lake Havasu City Arizona where there are about five RV supply companies do it.



The people who own Spanky's need to close the doors and go back to what ever type of work they did before where CRAPPY personal interaction is the norm, like an RV park camp host or telemarketing.
