It was of my best customer service experiences, period. Jay (the owner) knows his stuff, it was obvious in our initial phone conversation. Punctual to a minute, always returning my phone calls, ready to answer my questions with patience and professionally. Jay's follow up is simply fantastic, I highly recommend him to anyone. He truly went above and beyond what I paid for.Oh, and the squirrels are gone for good!

After paying three other companies in Aurora, who could not find let alone fix my problem, Jay at Animal Damage Control knew what and where my problems were in my attic.

Recently I woke up in the middle of the night with sound of something tearing its way into our house from the roof. Our unwelcomed visitor was a raccoon ripping a hole into our attic. I called Jay at 6:00 am and he was here within an hour and trapped and removed the raccoon and patched the hole. I have used Jay's services over the years and he is so reliable and dependable at a fair price. I also like it that he is available 7 days a week as the rodents that visit us don't take off weekends. I highly recommend ADC.

We've used ADC twice now and have been very happy with the service each time. The first time I called two other animal control companies and left messages and never heard back. Jay answered my call, gave me all the information I needed and was here the next day. We hired him to catch skunks and wow did he catch skunks! We found Jay to be very knowledgeable and professional. We found out when we returned from vacation that we had been visited by skunks under our front porch. I started the search to see who to get to help me with this smelly situation. I called 4 different companies. The first 3 seemed to be very corporate sales and all they wanted to talk about was how much. My last call was to Jay Stewart of ADC. After my previous conversations with the competition, I started by asking Jay what he charges. Jay politely stopped me and began to tell me about his company, history, and about himself and the service he offers. He made me feel comfortable with what he could do for us. We got around to price and it was more than fair for what I ended up getting. A true professional that cares about what he does. He made my wife feel better about the process. That was above and beyond. As far as I'm concerned there can be no better option to handle these kind of issues. I highly recommend Jay for any animal pest problerms you may have. He was great
