I signed a $69.95 per month contract for 2 months. I only had 6 weeks until our vacation, but it was my cheapest option. After you sign up, they tell you you must buy peepers - $3.00. My bill should have been $69.95 + $3 + $.24 tax on peepers = $73.19. I didn't notice until a week later when I got my cc statement, I'd been charged $80.19. I dug out my receipt, and that's what it said - that's ALL it said - no itemization. So I called to tell them I'd been overcharged $7. They said the manager would call me in an hour. It's one week later, and even though I've asked when I've been in, he has never called. Last night I got an email from the girl who I'd talked to last. She said she found out the $7 was tax on the tanning. There IS NO TAX on tanning - it's a non-taxable service. Now I know why they don't give an itemized receipt. Now I just want my money back. Hate going there because doors don't latch, the person at the front desk is always on the phone or outside smoking. The worst!
