Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Was in this store to get a battery replaced in a volkswagon key remote. Afterwards for a month or so my cars alarm kept going off. had to have the battery removed to find out that the unit was pryed on and damaged. When contacting the store and speaking with them they first offered to look at it. After finding out the 350.00 cost of the key they claimed it was more than a week or so. Well we thought it was a car problem. evidently there battery warranty also runs out when you leave the store,saving a few dollars is not a good option here. I had to rate this store at one star otherwise i would have rated it at -4 stars as i have to buy a new key over a 5 dollar battery

I want to thank Store Manager Wesley for quite possibly the best customer service that I have ever received in a store. Last week while at the water park, my daughter dropped and cracked the screen on her phone. We made an appt for 6:30 that evening at the Batteries Plus Store in Parker to have her phone fixed. We dropped off her phone and went to dinner. Wes said the phone would be done by closing at 8 pm.

We returned to the store and Wes informed us that he had tried 4 different screens on the phone and none of them would work. He didn't know if it was the screens or the phone. My daughter was extremely upset and we explained a situation she was in.



Wes offered to try another screen off a phone that a customer decided they didn't want the day before. The screen looked as though it worked once on, but the home screen was not working. He took the time to take pieces and parts from other phones until the phone was completely working. He stayed an hour past closing.
