I traveled from out of state to buy a vehicle from them. The vehicle was not as described. When I got there it wouldn't start because the batteries were dead (diesels have 2 batteries, aprox. $250). When they went to "change them" i saw them put them on a battery tender. New wipers were supposed to be included; they got them out and acted like they were putting them in the truck but they never turned up. When trying to negotiate the price with one sales rep, another one intruded into the office and began arguing with a raised voice. I even asked him to relax, which he refused; i had to leave the building to diffuse the situation. I ended up getting a decent deal, but the people there are HORRIBLE.
