I have never had an issue with comfort nails. Everyone is super nice and I get really good service. They even know who I am when I walk in. Gina is always super sweet. Tram usually does my nails and she is really nice too. I'm so confused by all of these bad reviews. ����

Horrible customer service! It is actually too bad, because they do a decent job. I kept going back because it is convenient. I tell myself every time that I'm not coming back. Several times I have made appt for several people and they get the number wrong and one person has to wait 30 minutes while they take a walk in. Also have made appt for toes and nails. They did the toes then when I say I had nails sched too, I should have said something they would have done my nails first! Not my problem you scheduled wrong. Tonight was the last straw. Walked in to just get my eyebrows waxed and nobody even acknowledged that I was there. I signed in and waited a few more minutes. Nothing. Crossed my name off, said thanks for your help and left. I will never give them another dime of my business.

GIna's manicures are great! So if you are willing to work with her style then you can get a great manicure at a good price. I told her not to clip my cuticles and she complied. However, I did get pushed to another tech last time and she did clip my cuticles, even though I'd told her twice not to. I let her keep going hoping each snip was the last. So I will only work with Gina.

not too bad!

I am so surprised by all these awful reviews. I had my first gel mani/pedi there last week. They did a great job, and we're very friendly. I usually go to Milano nails where my gel manicure would start peeling off on the edges after a few days, but I haven't had that problem with comfort nails. My only complaints are, I did have an appointment and sat with my feet in the water for a pedi for about 15 minutes and another 5 after to get my manicure done, after my toes had dried because they were so busy. Other than that they did do a great job, and didn't rush me at all.

I went to Comfort Nails for almost 2 years. I got a pedicure and colored acrylic tip with design every 2 weeks. I always tipped more than 20%. I switched from colored acrylic to pink and white with a design. I wanted the nails shorter and pink and white every time. Thao argued with me about the length and told me I could do pink and white every other time and every other time pink. She left my nails too long and didn't shape them the way I like consistently. She told me she couldn't do the pink and white every time because she had to make money. I think that came from the owner, Gina, who was very rude most of the time and use to whisper something to Thao every time and make her rush. I now found a place that treats me properly and does my nails the way I like.

What a nightmare. The owner, Gina, discriminates agains anyone whose opinion differs than her white, christian clientele. I was getting a pedicure one day and the woman next to me let her child play in the open chair next to mine like the place was a playground. The owner just laughed, but my experience was ruined. Also, she just told me not to come back because some old man was offended when I said we had an over population problem in this country (he had mentioned 15 grandchildren). He complained that he wasn't going to come back so she threw me out. Personally I think she's anti-Semitic.

Prior to today, I was a client at Comfort Nails for approximately 6 months. Gina, the owner and Nikki were the only two technicians that have done my nails. Gina was my preference because she's fast and a perfectionist, but when she wasn't available, I would schedule with Nikki who did a good job as well. I was always happy with the nail service, however, the poor customer service has left me no longer wanting to be a client. My very first appointment as a new client to the salon was incorrectly scheduled. I showed up for my appointment and they had written the appointment in their book for the correct day of the week, but for two weeks later. They turned me away because they were too busy. I didn't complain, I simply stated my disappointment and left. They called me on my cell 10 min after I had left to apologize and say they could fit me in. That should've been a sign to go somewhere else, but I had been told they do good work and we're all human, we make mistakes. I went back and I was pleased with the work. Since then, I've been a good client. I've never "no showed" and I've always tipped at least 20%. In the past month my schedule has become a bit hectic as it does for all of us from time to time. I had to reschedule a couple of nail appointment but I always did so a few days in advance and I had to cancel a 2:00 pm pedicure at 12:00 because my husband got stuck at work. Today, Thursday, I called to reschedule my Saturday appointment because my husband is out of town. Gina told me "you cancel too much and reschedule too much. My clients schedule two weeks in advance so you call me when you're ready. Right now you not ready. I'm not going to schedule you." I told her I was offended and I would no longer be a client. This is not how you conduct business in a service industry. Life changes unexpectedly and Gina should remember that cancellations and rescheduling comes with the territory and she shouldn't turn away a good client over a few schedule changes.

SO RUDE! Do yourselves a favor and pick another place!!! I made an appointment and they double booked. I had a rush job and was passed off to someone else who polished my nails with a terrible job. The next day I came back to have them fixed. I decided to give them another chance so when I called in the next few weeks to make another appointment, the woman was so rude and tried to rush me off the phone. I told her she was being very rude but against my better judgment made the appointment anyway. The next day she called and said I should find somewhere else because they obviously can't please me. Are you kidding??? It's very clear they have no clue about customer service! STAY AWAY!!!!!
