I think the world of this office and would recommend them to anyone. I think I have cause, more than most, to do so. To start, I got a massive bill in the mail not too long ago for some tests that we didn't order. I was very concerned, but I went in to talk to the doctor about it, and they were able to get it quickly taken care of. Sure, it was a hassle, but I can't fault anybody for making mistakes; they happen. What impressed me the most is how Dr Jones handled this situation: she listened to me, sympathized, and then made it go away. I think the real mark of a company is how they handle customers when things don't go according to plan, and that's why I recommend them to anyone. I don't believe they are prone to mistakes, I just happened to experience one, but they took ownership and corrected it. Can you ask for more? On a note about their care, you most definitely get the personal, yet experienced feel here, not the clinical "cattle-being-herded" feel. The doctors are knowledgeable and caring. What more can I say? Use them.
