We've been taking our pets there for about 8 months now. Excellent, knowledgeable, personal care and service by ALL the staff - vet, tech, front desk. Each time we've been there - sick or well visits (one is an elderly dog) - they know us and seem genuinely concerned about our pets and us. We've never felt forgotten, rushed, or taken for our money. They knowledgably and responsibly recommend what's needed vs. what's voluntary, options, and do not look for ways to drain our bank account, which with elderly or sick pets, has been done elsewhere. We'll never go to another vet unless we move out of the area.

I have been bringing my Yorkie here for about 6 months now and the visits have been quite pleasant. The staff from the front desk to the vet are very personable and genuinely care about my dog.

My dog was have problems gettig up and down. I took her in for the free check-up from Heritage. They discovered a problem with a joint in her leg and put her on meds. After one week she's completly different. I will continue to use Hertitage for my other pets. They are friendly and competent.
