Provided by YP.comDeclaring bankruptcy wasn't an easy decision. Having Jim and his staff there to outline the entire process, made things much less stressful. Either Jim or one of his assistants were ALWAYS available and answered every one of our questions, no matter how trivial. Our bankruptcy went as smooth as it could I believe solely due to Jim and his staff getting us prepared and guiding us through. I highly recommend Jim to anyone who is in a situation where they may need to consider bankruptcy.

James was extremely knowledgeable and couldn't have done a better job. I looked for an attorney everywhere and chose his firm based on experience, location, and cost and couldn't be happier with my decision. I was really worried how this charge would effect my record and future employment and was willing to do whatever it took to get this off my record. I can't stress how professional he and his staff were throughout this stressful process. They were affordable and got my charges reduced to almost nothing.
