After purchasing one home and doing a refinance through MJR, we would not even think about going to anybody else in the future. Mike is 100% honesty, reliable and he knows what he's doing. He knows the industry and the Colorado market and he is 2nd to none. He deals with you one on one and is the only person that you have to deal with. It's not like using a large mortgage firm or bank and have to see multiple people. We fully trust Mike, and you should too. You will not find anybody better than him. Thanks Mike!

We have closed 2 homes with Mike over the years and both times were smooth, easy, and proffessional. Mike has aways gone out of his way to accomodate our needs. His advice is always knowledgable and sound. When one of our neighbors was having trouble getting a refinanace approved we recommended Mike. Though patience, perserverence, and his extensive history in the Mortgage business, he was able to get her refinanced when no one else could. Great experience! My husband and I wanted to refinance but were real hesitant because of the stories we heard from a couple of friends that refinanced their homes. Unfortunately for them, they found lenders on the internet that were located in other states and all we heard were nightmare stories. We decided to go local and found MJR Mortgage. Best decision we could have made. Mike was awesome. He talked with us any time, day or night whenever we had questions, and explained every little detail in depth. He even came to our home for our first appointment which made the initial process very smooth since we could give him all the documents he needed to start the refinance and it was a face to face conversation…unlike our friends who never got to meet the person they were dealing with and rarely had a phone conversation with their lender because everything was done thru email. So impersonal. MJR Mortgage is the only broker I will use for my lending needs and I have highly recommended Mike to family and friends.

I had a very good experience working with MJR Mortgage when it was time to refinance my home. This company is very well polished and the transaction was smooth from start to finish and actually easier than I expected. The level of support was excellent and extremely professional. In addition, our representative crunched numbers for various circumstances in order to determine what the best long term scenario would be for our family. Our representative was always available to answer my questions and the communication was top notch. I even had a question on a 3 day holiday weekend and I received a call back quickly. I have recommended them to friends!
