I got several new customers for this company - even though woman’s clothes cost more for laundry and press than men’s 3 times as much ( I found that other companies do not make this distinction), still no reasonable answer as why. I was a customer for 12 yrs. never a late payment, until 2 months ago. The company made excuses why their system cannot tell a good customer from new, therefore late charges are incurred. I am not loyal to those that are not loyal to me. I am taking my business elsewhere; it’s a matter of principle.
