Can't complain. I always use these guys and have had a couple issues with my pants not being pressed down the same line but overall I save a bunch of money and have had the same results with other cleaners who are more expensive. I guess I'm not a high maintenance prick like some of the other reviewers.

THE WORST CLEANER IN PARKER!

I had used this cleaner in the past and brought in 11 new custom dress shirts to be laundered and pressed. I picked them up when they were ready, and they smelled like BO!. They either used dirty water or dirty chemicals to clean and press them. They were so offensive I could not wear them. I brought them back in and left them for a week to be redone. The manager refused to do anything about it, and I came back a week later to pick them up with the same awful smell. He is a jackass that does not understand customer service. AVOID!

AWFUL PLACE AND EXPERIENCE!

Brought in a parka with a fur lined hood and picked it up to find the fur edges singed!:(.. I had just bought the jacket about a month ago and it was fairly pricey! Returned the jacket to the store and was told that it would need tobe sent to the main store for evaluation by the manager. I waited patiently and left numerous messages for the manager for over a week before going in to inquire about the status of my jacket. Upon arrival and explanation of the situation the male and female owners began to call my husband and I poor saying we were trying to make money and that my jacket was cheap so I should bring it back to where I bought it. Neimans won't take it back it's ruined I told her. The female owner began yelling in the crowded store and telling me to stand on the corner to panhandle.She was so loud and aggressive that after she came from behind the counter and continued to berate me I felt so threatened I had to call law enforcement. And law enforcement had to call backup due to the owners verbally abusive tone and wild body gestures! Went to have a conversation and ended up with apolice report number. NEVER GOING BACK!!!! Super rude and uncooperative in civilly solving issues.

My sister took a beautiful coat to the dry cleaners, next to Sprouts, and was told that it couldn't be found when she tried picking it up. She's been getting the runaround from the owners and went there on 4 different occasions to settle the matter. I went with her this morning and couldn't believe how she was treated! The male owner kept insisting that my sister had picked her coat up already and that the dry cleaning slip that was still in her possession (since she hadn't picked up her dry cleaning yet) meant nothing. He repeatedly called my sister a liar and told me to shut up! He kept referring to the store policy that says that they are not responsible for your items if not picked up within 30 days. My sister was well within that timeline when she originally tried getting her coat and the only reason it's over 30 days now is due to the fact that they still couldn't find it! My sis' told me that when she told the owner's wife that this is not how we do business here in Parker and that this is a very small, close-knit community, she was told that they didn't care. We ended up going to the police station to file a report after it became clear that we were not getting anywhere with these dreadful people. It's at this point not so much about the coat anymore, but more about the principle of not needing businesses like this in our town! I just wanted to get the word out and spare other people some hoopla. My sister is going to take this matter to small claims court and file a report with the BBB (where they already have the worst rating there is, due to bad reviews).

Absolutely horrible experience with One Price Cleaners in Parker & Aurora, CO…

Most of the light clothes I had cleaned (khakis, sweaters and jackets) came back with an awful “moldy” odor. The young lady at the Aurora store suggested to just let them “air out”. Most recently, they completely ruined a blue blazer of mine. I visited the Parker store and the manager referred to it a “linen jacket”. After they apparently washed with the laundry, my “SILK” jacket is discolored and now looks like a “linen” jacket! I pressed him to take responsibility and he refused, but offered a store credit.

This is the worst dry cleaning...

This is the worst dry cleaning establishment I ve ever seen. They ve lost my garments and blamed me, ruined garments and made me find my own garments within their building. They are overpriced -not One Price- and extremely rude.
