I have had every balloon order I have made at this store, lost. When I go in to pick it up, they cannot find the order. The staff tried to turn it around like it was my fault! And the owner just wanted his money. NO apology...only justified the lost order with excuses. I will not be back. I have had many balloon orders filled at King Soopers, Safeway and Party City, with no problems. Don't waste your time!
