All of the providers and staff are amazing. It is easy to schedule appointments. The providers listen to your concerns and work with you to come up with a care plan.

I am a current patient of Dr Aboaf at the Aurora Internal Medicine Clinic. I called them on Wednesday, May 27 for an appointment for my daughter who is not a current patient. She had a sty in her eye and I just needed someone to make sure it was not infected. The woman I spoke with gave her an appointment for Thursday, May 28 at 9:30 am. She did question however if she would need a longer appointment since she was a new patient. She told me I would receive a call back later that day. I never received a call back and my daughter showed up at 9:30 and they claimed they did not have an appointment. I spoke with the person at the front desk and she said she remembered our conversation but would never have made the appointment. They refused to fit my daughter into their schedule and turned her away.



I feel this is horrible as my daughter needed 5 minutes of the doctor's time. This is not anything against Dr Aboaf but the front office staff.
