From arriving to Black Meadow we were treated horrible by the employee at front desk. Spent over $1,500 in beach rv hook ups to hotel rooms plus all the money we spent having guests come visit, restaurant, and gas station on premises and we didnt expect top of the line service; however we just wanted treated fair. We kept our camp/rooms very clean, respected the property and were just trying to enjoy a family vacation. The front desk had nothing nice to say and acted we interrupted their business by coming and staying. We switched our annual vacation from Lake Powell to Black Meadow; they couldve had our business annually and forget that. We will gladly pay double that to stay anywere but their "resort". Everybody in our group has agreed they have never been treated so poorly, Ever! We are pretty easy to get along with and have never had such problems with places we visit. I would never reccommend staying here. I tried telling owner all the complaints including being called A-holes by the staff and she laughed saying I was lying and she wasnt going to do anything. Never again will I stay hear and please dont waste your time or money.
