It was really good, the salesman was excellent , Scott Grimm he new a lot on the sales . he went beyond the sales person duty , we both liked him. would deal their again.

Scott Grimm went above and beyond helping me find the perfect chair for my husband post hip replacement surgery.

I've done a lot of shopping at Ashley Furniture lately. Why? Because the customer service is absolutely fantastic. My wife and I went into Ashley Furniture for the first time after working out at at Planet Fitness one evening. I was hot, sweaty, and dressed like a bum. The sales staff treated us like royalty anyway. I was shopping for a couple of couches for a youth center that evening. I gave the salesman my price range, he showed me a couch that checked all the boxes and I told him that I was interested. He proceeded to make a phone call to get the price knocked down even lower. We ordered two couches. We also looked at beds that evening. We were pleased with the selection and our salesman's knowledge of the products. We decided that we would look at a couple of other stores and see about getting a better deal. While we might have gotten some "bonus cash" or a free TV or something had we purchased our bed elsewhere, we wound up buying our bed from Ashley furniture simply because their customer service could NOT be beat. Anytime anyone mentions that they're looking for furniture, I'll send them to Ashley.

First I would like to start out by saying how friendly the staff is at Ashley's furniture. the sales guy was very nice I couldn't of asked for a better sales person, He was not pushy at all. like we had found at other furniture places. I love my new sectional and my son loves his new bed.

I had been looking for a good, sturdy, bakers rack for several weeks, in stores and on line. A friend of mine asked me if I had tried Ashley Furniture in Parkersburg. That day, while in Parkersburg, I checked, and to my surprise, they had THE ONE I was looking for. Sturdy, with heavy beveled glass shelves. Perfect!. I wasn't able to take the rack with me, but they wrapped each glass shelf separate, and I took them home that day, and went back within a couple days and got the rack..... I am one happy customer! Great service!
