Horrible. Worst food I've ever eaten. Can't understand the employees. It's to expensive for the service you get

This place is the best in town, the family that owns it are very nice, the boy and girl usually are there just hanging out and sometimes help out at the register when they aren't doing schoolwork, the girl is always super polite and the previous commenters don't know what they are talking about when it comes to Asian food, the food here is fresh and flavorful and what I'd expect from someone who is from that area, the previously mentioned Great Wall is disgusting in comparison, it's always been left sitting out for hours on a buffet, never cooked specifically for you like it is at China kitchen. My orders have always been correct, though keep in mind their credit machine sometimes isn't operational, and they occasionally can only take cash.

The food is really the best I have seen in Parkersburg and they seem to take pride in their work and food. The owner of the restaurant was especially nice to me. However, one of the older girls was screaming at the young boy working at the cash register and I wanted to kick her little Chineese rear end! I believe he may be too young to be working and he was really nice to me. She does it again in front of me and I will be checking her with WV Wage and Hour and DHHR.

I've never had any of the problems listed here and I'm a repeat customer. The food is yummy and I can feed my family for a good price.

the second WORST chinese food in town. Save yourself the time and money and go to Great Wall.

Not only was the food disappointing, they screwed up my order twice in the same evening and didn't offer any tuype of compensation. As I went in for the third time to receive the correct order (they didn't offer to deliver it or reimburse me anything), they proceeded to scream at a young boy around age 11 in Chinese right in front of me. They were obviouasly blaming hinm for messing the order up, because he was the only one that could speak English that was employed there. The food was tasteless and old, and their customer service skills have a very long way to go. I will not be returning there and I wouldn't suggest their food to my worst enemy. It was an absolutely horrendous experience overall.
