Last year I got my wife a fireplace as an early Christmas gift. The folks at Cozy fireplace and patio were folksy, friendly and attentive. We had a somewhat unique installation situation and the adapted and overcame the obstacles at my 120 year old home. Some of the ember bed lights burned out quickly and the were fast with a warranty repair. I can highly recommend their products and services.

Both times I have been here the staff have been either less than helpful or flat out rude. They are unwilling to discuss installing anything but the most expensive types of fireplaces, even though it would not serve my needs. The only install direct vent fireplaces and that requires putting a hole in your house if you don't have a chimney. Would not recommend. Go to Marietta and get your fireplace. The have everything Cozy does and more. Even better, they treat you like a customer not an inconvenience.
