My unsatisfactory experience was with one of the Davitians--Attorney Katherine Davitian. I met with Atty. Davitian in April, 2008, at which time she encouraged the sending of a settlement letter to my former employer. Davitian made a point of telling me that she had a routine, customary settlement letter that would take her only a few minutes to write and send out on my behalf. It has been over a year's time, and Atty. Davitian never sent the letter(this comes after months of leaving phone messages with her receptionist, asking for Davitian to get in touch with me as to whether she would be following up with the matter. I even wrote the attorney a courteous, professional letter in August, '08, reminding her of the letter). I never heard another word from Davitian--obviously, the $50.00 consultation fee with her was wasted, and, most importantly, the issue I came to her about, has been left unresolved.
