Always great food, large portions. Can get crowded during busy times. Cheesesteaks are good, as well as any special I've ever tried. Their greek salad and the strawberries are favorites for our family.

I've gotten burnt sandwiches from Rubi's before, but the pasta and lasagna are consistently good. A good local alternative to fast food/delivery, but it is a nightmare to order. The small restaurant is usually extremely overcrowded and a couple of the regular staff members are extremely rude. Again, a step up from a burger joint, but far from anything special.

the food alone is wonderful. however the customer service is awful. my family and i have either dined in or carried out a total of 4 times. each and every time our order was messed up, espically when we ordered to go. once our ticket was even lost and we sat for an hour waiting until i asked about our food. the manager told us we'd have to wait another 2o mins so i asked for a refund. he never apologized or offered anything.

I read the previous review and found it totally off. Visit this place and you'll see what I mean. You wouldn't expect this place to be able to accomaodate a large order such as the previous review speaks. It is more of an order here, eat here type place and they have the best cheese steak in the area!!

We had a call order from a major business in the Parkersburg area and the order was completely wrong... We called Rubi's back and spoke with a female staff member and she was very rude on the phone and she hung the phone up on us... We called back and spoke with the manager and he was willing to give us our items that were missing... We had to call back again and the manager answered the phone and he asked the female staff member a couple of questions about our order and we could hear the femal staff memeber in the background making rude comments about us... We told the manager that we did not appreciate him letting his employees talk like that about their customers and the manager said that he did not appreciate us call back again... Someone did deliver us our items that were missing and he said something in spanish and shoved the items in our face... What happened to the customer always being right....
