Yes, I know this UPS location is only opened from 4-6 pm. I am from NC, was visiting my parents in Parkersburg and needed to send a package out UPS. I was so surprised to only find this 1 location, but was desperate. So I arrived a few minutes before, being skeptical and surprised to see it was up and running. The young girl in there was working as hard and fast as she could. She was very quick to go through the 5 people in front of me. She scanned my Barcode from my phone and took the package and assured me that I was good to go. Sure enough in a couple of hours I check the package and it was process and sent. I would not hesitate to go back here. Although I am used to multiple UPS stores within 1-2 miles of each of in the town I live in. This was sure worth my while to check it out!
