We were under a home appliance contract and our A/C was not working correctly In April. They sent us Automatic Control AC Corp. They replaced a cap and all was ok until 3 months later, last week july 16th,3019. The technician came out and said same cap needed replacement, needless to say everytime they come out for a service call, it costs us $125.00 service call. They refused to come and properly fixed it after we paid for it twice. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! They were very rude when we told them it was not working correctly..once again. Their reply was...."yeah, we fixed it". Do not wasre your money on this company! Incompetent technicians and terrible customer service. Oh, by the way, they are never on time for a scheduled appointment.

Ryan and Carl have now serviced my condo twice for AC issues. They were assigned to me by my home warranty service and they were GREAT! They call you back, they are prompt, professional, know the AC business and honest. I would highly recommend them, and I know they won't disappoint you. They are nice hard working people.

This is one of the preferred contractors for American Home Shield (warranty) service. We had them out before and the guy that showed up was rude and completely unprofessional. All he did was complain the entire time he was there. We had another issue with our AC and the same company was assigned. When we tried to schedule the appointment with them, they flat out said they wouldn't come because it wasn't worth it to them. They had to bring a taller ladder because our unit sits on the roof of our townhouse. Because they refused the assignment, we had to go without AC for the entire weekend, which is what happened the first time as well. Do not use this company.
