They tell you that a procedure is covered by your insurance but then they charge you up front ... and to find out later it is not covered by your insurance ... very misleading!

Provided by YP.comI will never go back to this doctor again. I bought a groupon since I am looking for a new dentist and figured its a cheap way to try someone new.. He spent a long time taking xrays and telling me I need work done... then when it was time for my cleaning he refused saying I have waited too long- keep in mind I had a cleaning 8 months prior ( I was just 2 months from the so called cut off) he told me my cleaning would not be covered in my groupon and it would be over $100. What a bait and switch. The thing is, had he not done that... I would have gone back as I was not a serial groupon person as you might have thought. On top of that his office will not give me the xrays I PAID for. He lost all my future business- CROOK!

Provided by YP.comDr. Hector Naranjo was really gentle even when extracting my tooth! I was so nervous but they made me feel comfortable and it never hurt taking out my tooth!
