Provided by YPmobileOK, so I was at the Super Kmart in Parkville, MD, a couple of days ago. I was looking for (chainsaw) bar oil. I found 2-cycle oil in both the automotive section and garden center (next to their chainsaws). No bar oil to be found. So, I did what I detest doing, I asked the MOD if she would look it up in the system and tell me where to find it. She said, "If you didn't see it, we don't carry it!" Well no, actually, if I didn't see it, I may have either overlooked it or looked in the wrong place. She snatched up a radio and called for an associate to to help me, instead of doing a simple search of the inventory. I asked what this associate was supposed to do for me. She said he would take me back to the automotive section and garden center to prove to me that they don't carry it. When I told her that I wasn't going to waste my time by following him anywhere unless the inventory showed the product was in-store, she screwed up her face and just stood there glaring at me. I walked out without another word. Kmart doesn't exist for me anymore!
