The Greek Salad SUCKS! No pita bread , no cucumbers, tough little tomatoes , hardly any onion and very small at $8.50!!! SAMOS has spoiled me for a perfect Greek Salad

placed an order earlier today for pick up .long story short i just had the best bj from jen the girl who took my order

after reading the bad review before me I did as my wife told me and called. The gentleman that answered (Shawn) was great. After ordering my three pizzas he offered to send a new menu to my house so that 1. I could use it in future, and 2. so that I could use the coupon on it for my current order. This is about as far from the previous review as possible. Maybe someone at the store does read these and made the correct customer service changes. Thank you Pat's for everything and keep your service as good as this and I think you can even get the previous person to come back.

We called for delivery - 2 larges (1 cheese, 1 pepperoni). 2 plain larges daily are $14.99 plus the toppings, plus delivery charge, plus tax. I had a coupon for 10% off and told them I would like to use it. The coupon was for orders over $15.00 (which my order was) and I was told that I could not use it because it would not come up in the computer. The manager got on the phone and said that it is a special and cannot be used. Funny... the store menu does not say it is a special that it is the price everyday. When I told the manager this he told me that he would give me the discount but that they aren't in the business of giving away pizza for free. Funny... I didn't think I was getting it for free. So I told him to cancel the order. He then tells me that I am causing him to lose money and that I should never order from them again! What a dou***bag!! I'll be sure to never order from them and I will tell every person whether it is the topic or not about how sh**ty this place is. As a matter of fact, it's a chain so I will be sure to complain to their corporate office also.
